What is the Build & Hold Program?

The Build & Hold Program allows you to hold current-year pricing, reserve production capacity, and have your products manufactured in advance of your installation date. We then store your order at no additional charge until you are ready to receive it. Orders must ship between May 1, 2027 and August 31, 2027.

Do I need to make a deposit or put money down?
No. Qualified Build & Hold orders require no money down to participate in the program.
Is there a cost to store my order?

No. Products are built early and stored at no additional charge until your scheduled delivery window. Orders must ship between May 1, 2027 and August 31, 2027.

Why should I participate in the Build & Hold Program?
The program helps you lock in pricing, secure product availability, reserve manufacturing capacity, and reduce the risk of project delays during peak installation season.
When will my order be manufactured?
Orders are scheduled for production based on program timelines and manufacturing capacity. Products are typically built well in advance of the requested delivery date.
When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered according to the delivery timeframe provided when you place your order and confirmed prior to shipment (must ship between May 1, 2027 – August 31, 2027). If the shipment date changes, we will need to be notified 7 days before the new delivery date.

How do I enroll in the program?
Simply submit your purchase order during the program period and indicate that the order should be included in the Build & Hold Program.
Can I change my delivery date after placing my order?

We understand project schedules can change. While we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, delivery changes are subject to production schedules, storage capacity, and transportation availability. If the shipment date changes, we will need to be notified 7 days before the new delivery date.
